Oh no she didn't

Sorry for the lack of posts (again) this week - I am still playing catch up!!  I hope everyone is having a good week - mine has been SUPER busy!  I was asked to join the organizer board of my mommy group (there are over 500 members!) and I am now the new head of event planning.  YEA!!  I am super excited as this role is right up my alley. :)  My first task?  Finish organizing the Winter Festival for around 800 people that is in 18 days!  No pressure or anything... lol

Jacket - Marc New York, Scarf - Modcloth Sunnies - Modcloth,
Sweater (next pic) LOFT, Pants - GAP, Shoes - Bella Moda

Hubby and I finally got to spend some time together with Peanut this weekend so we headed outdoors for a long walk - the weather had warmed up to a whopping 45 degrees!

I was even able to take my jacket off for pictures without freezing to death!

I really wanted to show all of you my finished muslin this week as well, unfortunately, in my sleep deprived deluded haze, when I was cleaning up my sewing area on Sunday, I accidentally THREW IT OUT with other scraps.  I can't believe I did that!!!

I know what you're thinking -

Oh no she didn't

Yes, yes I did.

I really need to get some more sleep. ;)

  5. You are going to do a great job planning the event! And you look fabulous. I can believe that in your sleep deprivation you through something away. I agree with Pam, it would be fun to see what all of us have thrown away accidentally. Don't be hard on yourself!
    We all love ya!

  12. Oh man, that is a super bummer. I swear sleep deprivation is the worst - I'm dealing with it this week and it's making me mental. You are not alone in the playing catch up! You look amazing!

  13. Seriously you are making it hard for all us other moms to keep up. I'm sorry about the muslin. You'll probably find a way to make it better the 2nd time. I once threw out a hat i made because i had it in a shopping bag wrapped in paper and was on a frantic cleaning kick. Your dress pattern and my hat probably look pretty good together right now.

  14. Oh no! How sad! I think we've all done stuff like that though--it just shows you what a difference sleep can make, haha! I hope you got some sleep after this busy week.
